Millions of dollars in improvements coming to Elvis Presley Blvd. | News
(WMC-TV) - People met in Whitehaven Thursday night to learn more about millions of dollars in improvements that will be coming to the area.
Memphis City Council member Harold Collins told people at that meeting that the improvements along Elvis Presley Boulevard will help bring in new business and force current businesses to shape up.
The groundbreaking for the street improvements will be held in November and the work will continue in stages until 2018, but leaders hope to finish much sooner.
