Firefighters suffer heat exhaustion battling arson | News
MEMPHIS, TN- (WMC-TV) - Two Memphis firefighters suffered heat exhaustion while battling a fire set by an arsonist at a vacant apartment complex.
Both firefighters were treated and later released from the hospital.
The Thursday night fire happened at the Cazassa Apartments at Winchester and Cazassa.
Firefighters had to bring water to the scene because there was not enough on site.
Investigators say the fire was set in a second story apartment, but eventually spread to an adjacent unit
