Shelby County D.A. race down to two | Politics

The battle over the Shelby County District Attorney seat will be between two women.

Former Memphis Mayoral candidate Carol Chumney is the only person challenging current D.A. Amy Weirich for the position.

March 6th is the primary and the August second is the county general election.

The winner would serve the remaining two years left in Bill Gibbons' term.
